Meet your Guide
As a Coach, my role is to ensure you feel safe, accepted and understood. The openness how I share my own story on these pages is the starting point how we can build mutual trust. Everything you tell me will be treated confidentially. It is my mission to encounter and switch on your inner light. The space I provide is one of unconditional love, free of judgment, allowing you to speak your truth and open up about difficult subjects.
I will call you out on your errors, which is not the same as saying you are wrong. Coaching absolutely happens on all levels: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. To transform, it is necessary to acknowledge certain truths about misconceptions we’ve built up. We all have this, and I will guide you as gently as possible to the new understanding.

Personal Guidance Programs
The sky is the limit when you decide to book one of my personal guidance programs “Transformations”. You set your goals and I will be your guide. We will immediately dive in and change your world! These Programs are an opportunity to step into a warm safe space in order to allow your innate wisdom to unfold.
I will guide you with strength and love on this path. The space I provide is one of unconditional love, free of judgment, allowing you to speak your truth and open up about difficult subjects. In the beginning the focus is in building resources of safety for you to lean on while you transform.
A 1:1 session is intense and enduring, we work on all levels of your being – mental, emotional and energetic. We will get to the bottom of things and release the old to make space for the new. You will feel the difference. You will feel the freedom.
What’s in it: A Program always consists of an initial double session à 100 minutes that includes the analysis of an in-depth questionnaire. Then bi-weekly (recommended) follow-up sessions à 50 minutes. The longer the Program, the more deeper the possible Transformation.
Logistics: Following your booking and payment you will receive an email with access to my calendar, where you can choose a time slot that works for you. Sessions are held via Skype and are completely confidential.
